Constitutional History in the Maryland "Schmooze"

Papers from the Maryland incarnation of the peripatetic "schmooze" of American constitutional law scholars are now out in the Maryland Law Review.  As you'd expect, several contributions address the constitutional significance of the 2016 election and presidency of Donald John Trump.  Others are historical, including:

The Collapse of the New Deal Conceptual Universe: The Schmooze Project, by Mark A. Graber

An Unacknowledged Constitutional Crisis: United States v. Shipp II (1909), by Leslie F. Goldstein

Why Donald Trump Is Not Andrew Jackson (and Why That Matters for American Constitutional Democracy), by Eric Lomazoff

Threats to Democratic Stability: Comparing the Elections of 2016 and 1860, by Stuart Chinn
