Garden on Lee, "The Workplace Constitution"

Recent guest blogger Sophia Lee's new book, The Workplace Constitution from the New Deal to the New Right, is the subject of an admiring review over at JOTWELL. Writing for JOTWELL's Administrative Law section, Charlotte Garden (Seattle University School of Law) praises the book for "beautifully bring[ing] to life lawyers’ and activists’ deliberations over whether their interests would be well-served by the application of constitutional law in private workplaces, against the backdrop of changing constitutional jurisprudence and shifting legislative and regulatory priorities."
